The widower of Mrs. Hood, Mr. Emmett Hood, has decided to relocate and will offer the entire antique collection, shop full of large and small woodworking tools and fine West Point Home at auction. . * All antiques and tools will be offered absolute to the highest bidder. The home will be offered with reserve but the Seller says SELL!

--By bidding you represent that you have personally inspected the property and accepting the property "as-is".
--The successful Bidder will pay an earnest money deposit of $5,000.00 and execute a contract of sale on the day of the sale, to close within 20 days of the auction.
--2009 Taxes will be prorated.
--Announcements day of sale take precedence over any other written or verbal statements prior to the auction.
