Firearm Terms: All firearms sales are subject to Federal Firearms Regulations. Purchasers will be required to complete all necessary forms in order to facilitate firearm transfers. Firearms transfers will be handled through Worldwide Firearms, Donald Cresswell; 176 Third St., Flora, MS, (licensed FFL) for a fee of $10.00 per gun. All firearms sales will be subject to purchaser's criminal background check. Purchasers with a Federal Firearms License or current handgun permit are exempt from background checks. Copies of proper documents must be presented at registration.
Purchasers requiring shipping will pay $15.00 per gun handling fee PLUS shipping charges. All guns will be shipped via UPS or Priority Mail. Firearms must be shipped to an FFL. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL APPLY FOR SHIPPING!
NO FIREARMS WILL BE SOLD TO BIDDERS NOT COMPLYING WITH THESE REQUIREMENTS. ALL OUT OF STATE PURCHASES MUST TRANSFER TO A LICENSED DEALER IN THEIR PERSPECTIVE STATE. SHIPPING AND ADDITIONAL CHARGES WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PURCHASER.
